I talked to Ronni about sheep stats...
Not going to happen, not a priority.
Personally I have 35 unacountable GV kills and 28 deaths... I assume those are my sheep K/D.

Not sure if I will be able to make next years con... But I will certainly make sure that I log on and try to fight the Evil Cons.

I haven't laughed so hard since...
Well at least a few hours ago... the con was a blast!

*Hang head in shame*  I was whining last night to GhstDncr last night since he's my CO.  I was going to leave a nasty post on here too about a bug.  I didn't know about the sheep because Ghost found out after I left in frustration.

I think the reason Ghost was so upset and I was just crying like a baby on RW.  That I think is the major reason Ghost left this post because his squaddies weren't happy.  The only reason I didn't leave a post is because I lost my isp last night.

Now after I received a email from Ghost (Who thought it was funnier then hell).  I literally almost wet my pants from laughing so hard.  Now as Ghost said this will go down is AH history as the best Sim prank ever!  Kudo's to the guys at the CON.

I'm still laughing.  Please don't consider Ghost a whiner because I know him personally and trust me he's laughing about it now.  He also feels two inches high.  Please don't let this reflect on the Nightmares guys.  We didn't know.  But now that we do "YOU GUYS KILL ME....LITERALLY   :D

Ghost and I already said that if we would have been at the CON we would have definately been in on that action <S>.

Now I just have to talk to Ghost about us going there next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love you guys and have fun at the CON!!!!
I'm so jealous.

I agree, this sheep got *WAY* too abused tonight.

This is why my wife won't let me go to the con.

These sheep ruined a good nights flying, i wonder if HTC wil re-imburse us?

Are they also going to say that no-ones score is valid this tour due to this?  Will they reset the scores?

Will Guinness ever recover?
Will the Tour ever be the same?
Has a more horrid cycle of events unfolded in the world than this plague of “Enemy Sheep” and their malicious intent of the HTC staff?
Will HTC have to write a check to every subscriber like a scene out of  "The Jerk"?

Will the anal people ever cease to amaze me? No.

OH My COD was the Sheep fun  :D  :D  :D

<--- Commando Ninja Sheep Pilet Extraordinaire

You should have seen it almost 40 sheep in formation zipping along the ground at 90mph all armed with twin .50 cal's of death.

Stalking pilots on the runways, blowing them outta the sky and then hidding in herds of "domestic" sheep.

And the Sheep to Sheep duels were really hilarious.

I think me and my two squaddies got some screenshots, we'll post em later.

Coogles, it was a special fun event from the Convention where the attendee's get together for a one wacky mission thats different each year.

*SALUTE to HTC for the Killer Commando Sheep !! **

My Gawd its been 24 hours and I'm still laughing my bellybutton off.

Is there any way to test "fly" the sheep offline for those of us who missed the con?

(I remember pizza guys in 1.03p3 were .plane 33.)

I didn't care for the sheep thing either. It wasn't what I pay for in this game. The part that was bad about it was NOT that the sheep were available for play but that some players took the oportunity to park on a runway and vulch with virtually no chance of being detected or dealt with. When I learned about them I was killed 2 times just as I spawned on the runway. You couldn't get a GV and deal with them as the VH was down almost constantly at 49. The idea got old REAL fast.

On the other hand, once it was possible to actually take off it was a blast. I had strings of 5 and 7 kills once I saw how vulnerable they were to bombs and rockets.

The abuse was only by the players who decided to vulch on the field. No dar bar, no icon and hardly fair for those of us who had no oportunity to play the same game.

Now please save your infantile comments about going to the con. If I could afford such a thing I'd be there. I have been out of work since just before Sept. 11th. There is no plane maintenance business going on at my home field. Like most other aviation business's the AI I work for has all but folded up.

I went to an AW con and had a great time. Yes there was an "evil mission" where the WWI planes were allowed in the WW2 arena and had a great time killing other players in their "modern iron". The WWI planes guns were already "ramped up" in killing power and the only thing that could kill the bipes was a buff with their ramped gun up turrets. At least the WWI planes had an icon, dar and you could easily avoid them by flying at normal speed.

The evil mission can be a great fun event as long as you don't push it too far. This year went beyond the fun limit with the field vulching.
