Umm, Superfly? Did you know...

The Staffel call code on the Ju-88 is a little off? From two references, I found out our Ju-88 is from KG-51 Edelweiss. This is based off the 9K part of the code. The TN part doesn't add up. According to LRG, the T should be yellow not red. A yellow T would put the aircraft in

III Gruppe, 9 Staffel, KG51.

If the call letter was changed to N, and stayed red, it would put the aircraft in

II Gruppe, 5 Staffel, KG51.

And how about some theatre markings? The basic camo is really dull and ugly.

I got those markings from Prolfile #29 "The Junkers JU 88A" book, of which it shows that plane in those colors listed as:  JU 88A-4, II/KG51, Edelweis Geschwader.
Is this book wrong?
