I connect with Roadrunner and also have Vonage. Was on the phone for the last 5 minutes of this trace.
Was flying in the TA during the trace. Have the output in text format also if that's any better.
My connection is usually stable with few if any discos, loss of UDP , etc.

If it would be of more assistance, I would like to know how to do a trace back.  I too, noticed a large jump in ping recently.  Last night, even though I was able to keep a steady connection according to ping plotter, the att.net hops were frequently interrupted and I was unable to maintain a connection with any arena on several attempts.
