What does that have to do with anything?? I've known Hombre a long time and I've never seen him flip out or complain very level headed guy the last thing you need is some ranting ego in charge. BnZing and picking your not going to get rid of that and people pay their money to play the way they want thats just a fact. I'd rather see people kicked for some of the garbage on 200 which is a clear violation of the rules, and in the DA theres plenty of that needs sorting.

If you are talking about having eviction powers, well, if he follows rules so be it, someone needs to clean the stink pile, why not those who play in it the most?

Since it has nothing to do with it why didn't this part of the statement nullify your need to stick up for your friend, sir? I did not attack him, I supported his nomination for CM based on the qualification of his personal conduct and time in the arena; however, I differed with the person nominating him as he made it sound as if Hombre's style of play differed from the rest of the DA. If I implied he lacked integrity, you have my apologies, twas not my intent.

How about a .report type function only for the DA and only away from furball lake that only takes 2 reports then boots the person from the DA for an hour or two?  Don't know how you'd code that but it would solve the problem after the first incursion.

Needs to be way more then two reports, I see people kicking each other for lols if that was the case.

How about this... keep "furball lake" as a furball area. 1 vs 1 duals and organized duels keep to the barron areas between the fields? That should keep the majority of the duel interruptions to a minimum I would think. There is plenty of unused airspace there for several 1 vs 1 duels between bases over the land. Keep the "furball hordes" out in the middle of the lake. Just my opinion. :salute

OK, then include furball lake and make it like ten reports in a week or something and they are booted from the DA for a week.  Otherwise I guess you could always e-mail Skuzzy to take action.

Here's another idea I just had.  How about when you log into the DA you register as combatants.  So only those registered to your "group" are validated as combatants.  Anyone else who trys to interfere gets pingshot or booted.  Not sure how to deal with furball lake on this one but I bet there's a way.

I think it's excellent that Okllok is a DA regular, and I think he'd make a superb staffer for that arena.

Disagree with Hombre, same as all the others. Waits and cherry picks while you are engaged with another. If you are talking about having eviction powers, well, if he follows rules so be it, someone needs to clean the stink pile, why not those who play in it the most?

A DA CM would have absolutely no power to do anything to anyone flying furball lake, mouthing off, or anything of that like.  They'd only be there to ensure regular 1v1's or squad duel's on a semi-private field are not interrupted.

It doesn't matter one bit what their flying style is...

People that like good fights are called crybabies in the MA.  We're told to go to the DA, and they have a point.  But when we go there to a private field, and we still have to deal with people interrupting, we're told we have to go to the SEA?  That is NOT right.

So the "big solution" is to have new servers for H2H?  Another exodus?  Well, that's great and all...  And works for me...  But think of the long-term effects on gameplay, player development, and community when a group of good sticks decides they shouldn't bother going anywhere else but the new H2H.  What happens, after a few months, when we figure out when to go there, and find we've found a place where we can maximize our bang for the buck?

Yeah, it'll get rid of some mouths...  But it'll get rid of some minds too.

Stupid question but why even bother going to the DA if you feel u must duel someone for fun or pride? Why not just choose a remote couple of fields in the MA and duke it out 1 vs 1? It seems to me that logging to change the arena just to fight 1 vs 1 is a waste of time. Make it count anyway and just stay in the MA. won't have to worry abouts noobs in Tempys either :)
