I think you can tack on the American sense of "Manifest Destiny" here too.  It was used as an excuse to effectively do to the Native Americans what was done to the Jews.  I'd have to check my dates again, but from what I recall we gave women the right to vote before we classified Native Americans as human.  "Hey, God says we can expand ocean to ocean- the native's will just have to assimilate or die..."

Women where given the right to vote in 1917, or 1918.

When I went home last month on R&R from here I flew in my uniform. I received dirty looks and some nasty comments in Germany, Ireland, and in the States. But I just smile knowing I do what I do so those people can have their say. Ive received nasty letters from the States. But it only takes one letter, care package, or a handshake from someone to make up for all the negative things these people do to us. The kindness of those back home sticks in our minds. The negative actions are just another thing we let slide off.

Don't know why the rest of the world can't say what they actually think..  Yet, these scumbags can pin up nonsense such as this where ever they please....
Why is the rest of the modern world shooting itself in the foot over several back-ward thinking nations spread throughout the world??
We have to combat this from a point of view that surpasses politics or religion.... 
What have these people done for the good of mankind in the last 200 years?  There are in fact some significant things that areas of the world now under the
influence of Islam have done in the distant past..  But in recent times, nothing has come from these people but problems..  They are "prideful" pariah states, eager to fight, slow to learn, but
willing to take a handout from anyone willing..  They have accomplished nothing for themselves or anyone else.. 

It is completely unrealistic for these people to desire being equals if they choose to retain this way of life in a foreign country..  What are the reasons for leaving their respective countries
where they can practice Islam to their hearts content?  Let me guess:  Food, Jobs, Education, a little freedom and civility perhaps?
If you want these things, you must live how you want them..  That means leaving and old way of life that they led in their country of origin and living life like normal productive
citizens of the world..  Then, and only then will I respect these people and listen to what they have to say....
