I just don't chase them. I'd rather have them chasing me. That way they're forced to play my game. :salute

Well said.

AS for me, I'm not going to try to outturn plane that is whole lot better turner then my beloved pony. I use my speed to get away then turn around fight again; If someone is already egaging him, I won't try to pick although sometimes I do, depending on the mood i'm in lol

If you aren't prepared to turn fight your pony with a better turning plane, then you are already setting the precedent for timid flying by taking it out of the hangar.

Most of the time I see ponies run out 6K only to come back with friends after they lost the initial advantage.

I just can't catch you in that runstang!  :lol
When I die bury me in a P38.

I watch day after day, week after week, tour after tour, the Bishops and Rooks take bases and win maps while the Knights stand there with their thumbs stuck in their butts. It's just pathetic!

Some people won't turn for the fight until you show them some tailfeathers.  Don't let it bother you all that much.  I find these types aren't very confident and can usually be forced to overshoot and be punished.  Just keep an eye on them for their turn back to you once they think you aren't looking.
