you know... I am too much of a hometown fan I guess... I don't get fantasy leagues. I would choose all my home town teams players and hope for the win, as I won't root for an "enemy" (a player that may play against my team).
Maybe I am weird, but I have never understood the concept of 2 players on rival teams being friendly. That other player is an enemy in combat, you don't go shake the Nazi's hand and go out for drinks after the battle.
Anyone else think the way I do?
LOL So true. I can't tell you what this years FFootball did to me. I don't think I'm joining up again, well....maybe...dunno. Hard to cheer for players you normally hate when they come to play your team!
I'm not a HUGE sports fan, I like football/hockey/golf but that's about it. The others I don't watch but enjoy playing (if I can). Some folks however this if their lives. So Fantasy leagues are just another great thing about sports for them.
Whatever makes them happy, but from my experience...1 person or maybe 2 win, and the rest of the people complain about it for 9 months....MORE THAN THEY WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR OWN TEAM!!!!!
It's kinda scary!
hehe
