You're all welcome. I dug up some youtube videos for the El Centro airshow this year and linked them at the bottom of my post (I haven't had a chance to check out their audio quality yet).
I love going ot the airshows here in California, El Centro is the first one of "the season" out here and if I feel up for the drive (480 miles round-trip and dealing with a Border Patrol checkpoint... which is a helluva long line if the BP don't properly staff it after the airshow lets out), and it's not a zoo like the big ones located more centraly in metropolitan-SoCal (those are the ones I actualy avoid or only go to acompany some friends).
Since it's now the start of the season and I'm already itching for another I need to start looking into and planning which airshow to attend next out here that would make a good day-trip in the spring/summer.
Further north in the state and twords the end of the season, I'm planning on attending the one in Redding this year too (my first time to the one there), take a week or so off and head to Trinity County and then take a day outa that to head over to the air show.
