Mark, go to hell. <no smile or sarcasm tags>  If there isn't a muppet or muppet personality thread ON THE FRONT PAGE of general discussion constantly, one of you guys will start a silly arse thread, and everyone that even views the forums casually knows it.  My point is that it has gotten old after the first few hundred threads, but by all means carry on.  I had nothing more to say on the subject, but since you asked for the reply, you got it.

So, as far back as the BBS will search, we've got 15 threads with a variation of the word "muppet" in the thread title. 

Of those 15 threads, 5 were actually posted by Muppets.

Of those 5, 2 can be classified as "silly."

As such, I think that, even giving you the benefit of the doubt, youre recollection is off by that stated, less same, plus two.  Since we started out at "a few hundred" thats a fairly significant error.

Then be honest, this is the first thread about Muppets, by a Muppet, that I am aware of in the last two months, just trying to keep you honest.  Now, if you don't like Muppet threads....simply skip over them.

You are correct, sir!  Which is specifically why I wrote what I did:

If you like, we can call it three threads since 2003.

The way I figure, searching for the word "Muppet" would net the best control group since, well, thats the name of the squadron.

Should this be unacceptable for purposes of discussion, I must confess that my level of interest, going forward, may prove insufficient to sift through six years of threads, page by page.

In all candor, if you have a problem with Mark, thats fine.  Plenty of people have a problem with me, too.  In both cases, I believe it to be slightly misguided to judge all affiliated individuals with a preconceived notion shaped by the colors displayed on their virtual armband.

I would certainly assume the remainder of 479th wouldn't want me drafting an opinion of the group based upon your post, above.  This, of course, is why I dont.
