Nvidia contrast control in 3D rendering
« on: March 29, 2009, 07:33:23 AM »
Is there a way to control the image contrast for 3D/fullscreen applications, either globally or on a per-app basis, with the nvidia control panel?

Open Nvidia control panel and go to -> Adjust desktop colour settings -> Adjust contrast & perhaps image sharpening if you wish. That will alter everything globally. You cant do it on a per application basis with the default nvidia control panel - you can only alter graphics settings for games individually. You'd need an application like Powerstrip AFAIK to have different colour profiles on a per application basis or at least that would be the quickest/easiest way I can think of http://entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm
