Yes. Either that or a He-219 would be cool.

 Well, they did try and copy the idea.  they should have begun with the glue

My understanding is that the problem wasn't the glue, 'per se', but rather that the glue itself was sabotaged by slave labor?

 I read some where their were some actually used in combat , man I love that plane, almost as much as a He-219
