That Sounds folder that is shown beside the cleaned.txt file is the sound pack.  It should not be inside another Sounds folder.  Going by your pictures, if you open your Sounds folder, there is another Sounds folder and the cleaned.txt.  Take that one that is inside out(the one that actually contains the .wavs) and make it the ONLY Sounds folder in your AHII folder.  Don't have one Sounds folder inside another.

The Soundsfolder you deleted was the one you needed.  That is the folder you need as your Sounds folder in AH.  When you open it up, you would see all the .wavs.

If you start from the beginning.

Follow this exactly.

You downloaded and unzipped the sounds to your desktop.

You'll have a folder named sounds on your desktop, so  open that folder, and inside is another folder called "sounds"

Right click on that folder, and click "cut"

Open -Program files - HTC - Aces High II-

Right click on an empty spot in that folder, anywhere where it is white, and click "paste"

-The sounds will now work in game.

Go back to the desktop and delete the now empty sounds folder.
