you don't get "kicked" by the server because the cap changes, you would have lost connection to your isp or locally, i suggest you check your router or modem when you get discoed to see whether your session dropped.
it is unfortuante when the dynamic caps change and you can't get back in to the arena you were just playing but insert the dead horse pic for the reasons why the caps are here in the first place.
