Just asking but isnt 65c a little hot? (its around 150f) mine never goes above 40c but I have a 260GTX with fan running at 55%.
With GPUs they can normally handle over 80C with no trouble. I think ATI typically runs close to 90C with no troubles.
Mine runs a little warm at times due to being in a cube case.
