P-51 Daddy's Girl request

I saw on here not to long ago about a Daddy's Girl green nosed P-51D.I was wondering if that is still in the works or what. I would love to fly that.

I got in touch with Oboe and he has never finished the skin and since left AH. He told me it is up for the taking if anyone wants to skin it. I would try it myself but I don't have a graphics editor and have never skinned anything in my life. I could give it a shot though if someone could give a few pointers and if nobody else wants to do it.
