I don't doubt that.  Just was thinking about the quality?

Its been a few years since I've seen a set of Saitek peds, but the set I saw looked to me to actually be better quality than  CH peds. I'm sure you'll hear a variety of opinions here though.

I've owned both sets (CH & Saitek) and prefer the Saitek peds for the following:
1. The foot rests are set a bit wider apart and have a more comfortable resting area for your feet.
2. The foot rests are adjustable to your foot/shoe size.
3. Tension is adjustable.

One note...if you're now using a twisty stick for rudder input, switching to peds will take some getting used to. Be prepared to see your hit % take a drop for a couple of weeks. Once you acquire the "feel" you'll never go back.

had mine since they came out, love them,
 keep them on flat floor!
the only trouble i had was when i had a piece of rug get under one side and make it set un level
a problem that saitek has since fixed, by hardening the lower surface!
Flying since tour 71.

I have to echo Max's post.  I have a set of Ch and a set of the Saitek's peds.  I prefer the Saitek's much more.  I have been using this set for about 18 months, and not a glitch.

I agree with Max.  My CH pedals are now on the shelf as spares, and the Saitek have been my favorites.  I had one of the early sets that had some problems with coming off the tracks inside, but Saitek sent an "install yourself" fixer-upper kit and no problems since.  The wider stance is much more comfortable (for me anyways...) than the CH pedals.

Everything Max said. I love mine. And ditto, they will take time to adjust to, but it's effort well spent.
