Its a wonder we ever get any planes at all, since someone always has a good reason why any plane proposed absolutely should not be added to the game next.

You should be complaining not because its American, but because it's another flying truck whose primary purpose is to tool-shed and annoy GV fights.

I don't know a whole lot about the Boomerang, but I see that only 250 were built.  That may be the primary reason the plane won't see it's day in AH. 

But hell, you know, we should have at least one aircraft representing each country that fought in WW2.  (of course, I'm not the developer putting in countless hours to make a flyable model here; so, maybe it's easy for me to demand at least 1 aircraft per country. hehe)

That Boomerang has a loud whine (for lack of a better word) to it -- you can hear it coming from 3 miles away.    Looks like it has very good maneuverability, though.  Nice plane.

Not exactly.  We had the Vader in AirWarrior and a lot of us would up it without bombs and fly it like a big P-38.  As I recall Bison was probably one of the best Vader pilots back then.

Yeah, Widewing and Snaphook will be pwn'ing people in the thing.

The other 500 people in the MAs though will be tool-shedding and annoying GV fights with the thing.

If we are going to add another Big Ugly Flying F****, lets at least make it the He-111, since no one will fly it outside of Scenarios anyway.

Then look at the Ki-43.  Over 5000 built and served from the first day of WWII to the last day of WWII, being the mainline fighter of the IJA for more than half of the war.

Sure, it won't see as heavy use in the MA as the A-26, but it was a much more significant aircraft in WWII.

With the A20 performing as well as it does as a fighter/bomber I think the need for an A20 type fighter/bomber is pretty well taken care of, don't you  

Lots of stuff has a higher priority than the A26.  For me an SB2C would be nice,  P400, P63, He111, GM4, Ki43, Ki45, Ki100.......M10, Panther, JS1, KV1........thats just pre top of the head stuff.

I would love to have the B29 in game.  Although just thinking about the low level LANC suicide squads does tend to turns me off to the whole idea of more Allied heavy bombers.

We need the Ki-43 for FSO/Scenarios, no doubt about it, though I can't say I would want to fly one.  In Il-2 in a Pacific campaign I saddled up on a Buffalo and gave him nearly the entire clip of ammunition (2x7.7mm Ki-43-la) without so much as smoking the engine.  The Hurricane IIs are easier to shoot down, however, and the P-39/P-400 lights on fire nicely with the bb's.

Il2 has some bizarre ideas about weapon effectiveness or lack thereof though.

Well, I'm glad you didn't let my exaggeration set you off like a firecracker.   

I'm tellin' ya, though...the Vader is a fighter_-bomber.  Judging by how some of these people fly, you could beat 'em in an angles fight with a space station much less the venerable A-26 Invader.
