Are there any other free websites you can upload whole files to so others can download it from?
I already tried FileFront but it said there were no servers avalible to upload to

I am trying to send a squaddie my AH sound pack and I can't do it

Ranger and Soda use esnips...or you may be able to "borrow" some space from one of the many squad servers so you squaddie can download what he needs. Though I don't know any squads who would do that.
