« on: April 10, 2009, 10:47:37 AM »
999000 sent me a new  cpu.I have everything setup for the game with one minor issue. If i set the mic up in windows xp i can hear myself,if i tune to myself in the game i can hear myself. But if i tune to a channel ie with 9er all he can hear are beeps.
I gotta fig its a setup issue in game, and although i like myself alot,i cant stand to play unless i have full vox options. anyt ideas what i should check in game for this.

Check the sound configuration in the control panel. By any chance, in the advanced recording options, are any of the, "Monitor" checkboxes selected? If so, uncheck them. The monitor option means any sound picked up on that feature will be played back through the speakers.

Not sure if that's your problem, however it is a start.
