AA on flat cars
« on: May 29, 2009, 05:59:19 PM »
I think it would be a good Idea to put some mannable heavy caliber AA on flat cars in train convoys. They did it in real life and it would make anyone who is almost out of gas or at least heading home, about making a quick pass on a train or making several attack runs. I know it would do a whole lot of good but hey, it  would give the newbs who want to use AA something to do that won't cause ord to go down because some newb missed the B25, B26, or A20G. Just a thought; it would help train the newbs without putting them incharge of anything important.

I think it be kind of cool to see a GV (perked) with a flak 88 or the equivalent to it if something like it did infact actually exist in WWII, and this is coming from a bomber boy that routinely flies A-20s against GVs and can't use a Whirby to save his own life!
