What tank chassis was it built on? And how fast was it?

Thats one vehicle I'm not familiar with in the least.

Looks like a M24 chaffee chassis to me.

It's the closest to the M24's chassis. That particular M-19 has small sand skirts (some had them removed)

It runs at around 45 mph max.
