Odd problem...I've lost my sound meter.
« on: April 20, 2009, 09:32:04 PM »
Hey guys I've run into an odd problem with my odd computer. For some reason the sound meter that appears on the screen (the green Volume meter) has disappeared and doesn't seem to work anymore when I adjust the volume. Is there anyway to get it back? As far as I know everything else is working fine, my sound  is perfect and my keyboard volume keys still work, it's just I can't see the meter which makes it a PITA to adjust anything now.

I can tell you that it's part of the suite of software whatever company gave you for the PC and/or keyboard. A "standard/clean/not commercial" computer has no green bar.

So, if you really want it back, uninstall and reinstall your media keyboard drivers or call tech support.
