Something looks wrong in that routing 33Vortex.  6 hops in Level3's network in Washington is not right.  But then it is Level3.  Maybe that is the way they do things now.

If you are having trouble with your DSL having to re-sync or re-connect to your ISP, then you need to contact your ISP about it.

whiteman, you need to contact your ISP as well.

Any quick advice on what i need to tell them, i know nothing about connection issues. Thank you Skuzzy

Show them the ping plot and ask them if they are aware they are having a problem.  Hope #4 is in your ISP's network.
