my post was not a "stop wasting forum space with these tiresome threads" as you may have interpreted it to be. It was a "Don't sweat the small stuff and enjoy the game for what it is" post.

Fugitive, people are going to do what they want regardless if they are ridiculed. That is just one of the draw backs of an MMO style of game.

In general I dont believe in taking things to the forum, from the game, with intent on ridiculing the other guy. Not because of general game play. But something like this? Obvious repeated harassment like this? Different story.

You cant "join request" repeatedly like that by accident. And each time its done the guy you are harassing has to "X" out of the screen thats in the middle of his FOV and leaves himself open. Its one thing if its just a harmless noob trying to learn them game, another thing if its a vet acting like a fool.

.showjoin 0  will fix that, which is why all those join requests are in the text buffer of the OP.  It's the first thing I do every time I enter an arena if I don't see the system message about join requests being sent to the buffer.

I disagree.  This is precisely the kind of thing that shouldn't be dragged into the forum.  A simple e-mail with a screen shot to HTC.  Why take it in front of a bunch of people with who have no ability to do anything when you have the proof to present to someone who can do something about it?

I think it shows pathetic behavior for what it really is, pathetic.  It also has been known to shame people in to better behavior in the future.
