I too have the Monogram book. Hard to find and expensive now, but worth it. the "Caesar" is fully described there.
(Actually, the Smith & Creek 4-volume series on the 262 is another good read)

Another good book on the Blitz is a Japanese publication entitled "Aero Details 16, Arado AR234 BLITZ", January, 1996, Dai Nippon Kaiga Co., Ltd.
