I might be getting a VW gti with 6 speed manual tranny or a jetta tdi with 6 speed manual tranny.
I like the manual trannies better because the auto ones drive me up a damn wall with the way they shift. Especially the autos in the VW tdi, they down shift at horrible times when you slow down. i.e. when you hit the brakes slowly the damn thing will down shift causing you to jerk forward and slam the breaks unintentionally. I drive these everyday so it is a ton of fun, I can also get the manual tranny tdi up to speed way quicker than an auto will.
