Wing Man Training: Rotte & Schwarms

When: Friday May 8th, 2009   (9pm-10:30pm EST )
Where: Training Arena, A100 Bishop Country, VOX 109
What to bring: A working mic is greatly recommended but isn't necessary. Mature Attitude & your 100% cooperation. Everything else will be provided such as airframe selection, load out, etc.

This clinic will cover the following four subjects:

• Teamwork: Functioning as a effective unit.
• Identify: Understanding the difference between a Rotte & Schwarm.
• Leadership: Fundamentals of being a Rotte/Schwam Leader.
• Roles: Knowing your position and role in the group.

Also please note that this is open to anyone but I'm looking to maintain between 8-12 pilots max for an effective hands on approach for everyone. First come, First serve rule is in effect. If it reaches beyond 12 pilots then you're more than welcome to stay by all means.

On a note. It is FSO night and i know alot of you all prefer to be in the SEA an hour early. Tonight's Clinic will be relatively short and informative as i need to be in the SEA myself. Time change will now be from 9pm-10pm EST. Hour session.

I'll be looking forward to tonight's clinic and FSO.
