ATI Radeon X850XT
Win XP Pro SP2 (1 GB ram, shut down everything unnecessary with XP game launcher as I always did before playing, got 23 processes running and 250 MB of RAM used)

Fullscreen ran with anomalies, as you can see in the attached image
Res: 1280x1024
FPS: 7.80!

Reset NVIDIA control panel to performance and got frame rate of 40, using my aces high settings I get 38 for frame rate

No anomalies noted other than texture loss due to crappy video card.  May not be pretty, but playable.
