movie maker special effects and transitions

for my new film I'm wanting to include several special effects and transitions for windows movie maker that would coincide well with my backround music and film scenes. Some effects I need include:

Red spiralling swirl for the intro
The ability to split the screen for multiple images
Strobe light to emphasize rapid drum beats and MG fire
Firy explosions for shot down aircraft

My system is a windows xp home edition with a nvidia geforce 6200 video card. I use fraps to re-record my AH films and movie maker to create it. Thanks
