I think 2AM london time.

I just logged on and that POS TT is still running on a wendesday. If its still up tonight the mission will be scrubbed since most of the arena will lose UDP and vox when they come into the AvA.

Is this normal for it to happen Larry, on TT's?    I've never had this happen to me per se.   Just wondering if I might be able to "move the pot closer to the front burner."

It always happens when TT is running. When it happens the most is when TT gets four or five hundred people on. Since the AvA shares the same IP as TT is screws with peoples connection and VOX. Not everyone gets VOX cut out but if IIRC everyone loses UDP which is a very bad thing when you are going to have large numbers of people flying in formation. Also its hard to give out orders when half the people around cant use or hear VOX. Last WNM had to be canceled because TT ran for three days. I just hope it doesn't happen again today.

cc that Larry.   Let me see about this.   Also, if it's at 9pm tonight, I'll try and get in there on time.   I've been pitching in our 7 year old son's Coach-Pitch Little League games.   If I'm not there at exactly at 9pm, don't sweat it, I'll be late at the worst.

8PM CST. If you're flying axis you don't really have to be there on time. It takes about 40ish minutes for the allies to get to target anyways. I just logged in again and thank god TT is down so mission is on .

I ride the thin line of trying not to cockblock people for shots.   If someone wants the kill, I'll be there to assist if they cannot get it.

I wasn't affected by this though.   I shook the rust off of the Ki-61 and made a couple guys earn their kills on me.

I dont blame the pilot. He was trying to defend his buffs from his tail gun. Sadly, I got too close to his target and got my right wing blown off.

Uh...  Like I asked before...  Isn't killshooter turned ON in AvA...  In other words, I don't think it is possible for a friendly bomber to blow your wing off...  Now, maybe you shot the friendly bomber and killshooter got you.  Or maybe you were hit by some puffy ack or something.

As for the AvA event.  I was flying a formation of B17s.  The flight was fairly fun, but from my point of view the Axis defense wasn't very organized.  Seemed like we got a fighter or two at a time at the most.  More fighters coming into the bomber boxes all together might have been more exciting.  For me, jury is still out on whether or not I will make a habit of attending AvA events.
