That depends on how blacked out you are.
1st when you black out you just lose your eyes, but you can perfectly control your movements (not counting that your body is extremely heavy at the moment because of the Gs). Only some time late when you keep puling the Gs you get G-LOC (G-force induced Loss Of Consciousness).

I'm sure your squaddies would appreciate it if you didn't fire your weapons while blinded.

You can't pull out of a spin in your sleep either.

So...what's your point, Rash?  :rofl

You can't fire your guns during a blackout.
That's your wish?  Sorry if I can't figure out exactly what it is you want here.

Did you mean:
I wish you couldn't fire your guns during a blackout.

Or perhaps:
You can't fire your guns in a blackout - I wish you could.

At the onset of blackout you can.  I've made several 'ninja shots' where I saw the snap shot coming, pulled hard enough to black out, fired, and killed the target.
The fight is the fun........Don't run from the fun!

What if your finger just happened to be on the trigger when you blacked out?
