Thx for translating that Lusche.  So, do all models of Ju-87 have this or is it just for 87D

This was an universal container, not limited to a certain plane. As far as I remember, it was carried by Ju-87's and Ju 88's. In case of the 87's, it wasn't limited to the D-1.
I do not know exactly when the WB81 did appear first time though.

However, it wasn't carried universally, just for some missions. Preferred method of attack was still dropping bombs
