They always do that.  Some people brush their teeth before going to bed, NK leaders remind the world that they hate everything and everyone and any discussion on any topic is a declaration of war that invalidates the armistice agreement.  It pretty much defines the NK leadership.

What a bunch of toolbox.  They might as well invade SK and get over it so the rest of the world can move on.

They do it because they enjoy it! What other amusement do they get there?
Threaten the world, see them crawling to you, eat UN cookies while "negotiating", extort some foreign aid, then make a big BOOM and go HAHAHA in everyone's faces. Damn that is fun.

What's the problem, we have it on good authority that there is no problem.

We all just need to learn to concerve our carbon credits instead.

They're also utterly bankrupt.

They'll rattle their swords a bit then negotaite new aid packages to fund the Glorious Leader's Ferrari collection in return for ramping down their nuclear program. Then, in a couple of months, we'll start the whole dance again.

Actually they need aid because 80% of their budget goes to the military/leaders instead of doing something for the people.

Ironic isn't it. Everybody knew that little Kim wanted WMD's and that he was closer to it than Hussein.
But,,,maybe the dragon will open an eye and give him a breath or two....
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)
