Oddly enough, the gun crews are not hardend to withstand forces up to 1k in destructive forces.  It ain't the guns that are being "damaged" in most cases, it is the invisible crews

At least I've strafed a panzer and killed it before.  All me.  No strafe and killed by a gv for credit either.  I've also augered trying to strafe a whirble.
