« on: July 02, 2009, 03:34:21 PM »
Just got done some training with Moot. Went to look at film viewer get in his plane and the only thing i can see as far as instruments and gauges go is the throtle control I can see what he is doing with the pedals flight stick or the the gauges. Is there a way to view.

Or am i outta luck.

BTW congrates on being a trainer Moot. thnks for all the help.

Thanks Sonic. Unfortunately, for the cockpit instruments, what you see is what you get.
Try looking at my plane from outside, with chase view (F4) so that the camera has some slack to it that emphasizes accelerations in any of the axes.  Turn on the red trails and pan the camera (F8) slightly up from its default dead-six position.  This is the position that works for most cases, but it's possible there's a better one to be found by panning to different angles.  The distance slider will have to be set to max distance and you might have to lower the time multiplier, if you want to look from anywhere in the front half of the plane.

I'll have film running next time so that you get a couple extra instruments visible from my end.
