The 77th FS "Gamblers" is recruiting!
We have just opened our second wing and there are slots to be filled! Rav3n is the CO of the second wing and is a master tactician. If you are up to the challenge, you will be flying under a highly respected CO and EZRhino as XO--also highly skilled. We take bases and have the numbers to pull off missions by ourselves without outside help. We are also the core squad of the Knight's Alliance, so when we do post missions--people join--ensuring a successful mission.
Requirements:
1) Full subscription to the game. Sorry, no 2 weeks free players.
2) Ages 18 and older. We are an all adult squad and act accordingly. (Current average age is 30-35)
3) Willing to stay exclusively knights.
The 77th is named after an actual squad that has flown for the US operationally since WWI and currently is based in Iraq. We fly in memory of those who have served as well as those who serve now and are grateful for their service. To honor them, we fly and fight with their squad patch on our planes and vehicles.
We have our own off-AH private forums, website, and newsletters. This is not a fly-by-night operation.
Our main objective is to take enemy bases and take away their ability to fight. Since we are usually outnumbered, we use stealth and cunning to achieve our objectives. All missions are based on tried and true military tactics. It is recommended that squadies read and study air and ground based military tactics on historical battles to use them in-game for best strategic gain.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: Players who are specifically looking for a squad that works together. If you like taking real estate as a team...we're your squad. We need team players who like to work together to get the job done.
If you are relatively new to the game (6 months or less) and are looking for a teamwork squad that will help you grow as a player--get more kills, hone your bombing skills, get real help in gv skills, and learn how attack skills can make you feared...we're your squad.
We have regular squad nights (except summer months North America) and take time to hone a specific skill each time. Squaddies who are expert at different skills do in-service training for the rest of us to learn those skills and then apply them in-game. This is an awesome opportunity for anyone who is looking to improve their skills with those eager and willing to help train.
We run plenty of missions, and we're successful 95% of the time with the base take on the first try. There is a tried and true method of taking bases that we use (that I'm sure as heck not going to post here). Many players join our missions because they know they are going to be part of something that is going to succeed.
We will fill the second wing and then open a third and final wing. We are looking for quality--NOT quantity.
One of the best things about our squad is brotherhood. There's not one night that goes by that I'm not spit-taking soda on my monitor LMAO with these guys. Some are professional airline pilots, water supply managers, assistant fire chiefs, insurance agents, radio professionals, and factory managers...but all are brothers in game.
We stay exclusively knights because knights know they can depend on us to always be there for them--and as a result they are there for us.
