By doing what you are doing now. You may also try sticking your head into Genera Discussion and squad pages.

Easy to avoid. Just use your inside voice and only type after you mother and or other next of kin have read and approved the language you use. Its and extra bit of effort but you will be rewarded with a bbs citizenship :)
