Had a great fight with/against Dano last night.  I had a chance to kill him, he had a chance to kill me, and in the end I'd say I was going down...  But any way you look at it, it was fun.  Good, clean, fun!

It was also a "long" fight.  And considering it was the MA we were left alone for quite awhile.  By the time people started to join in neither of us could afford to look away from each other (well, at least I couldn't, hehe!)

In case anyone wants to watch...

You Need this by your house: (Image removed from quote.)

I dont consider it humble when you run around telling everyone how humble you are.

PS: Sorry for hijack, My favorite fights would have to be those vs. Kazaa, Batfink, Dedalos, and Bighorn.

My most recent white-knuckle engagement was one that I actually survived (for once). I was cruising around in a Seafire when I came across a lone F4U-4 (Warpig69). Got into a bit of trouble early on by not hitting my cornering speed in a turn fight. Escaped a few close calls and started to even out the odds all the while noticing a P-51D approaching the engagement. Knowing full well that it was hard enough to beat a competent -4 pilot, I scrambled to maintain E and SA against two foes while trying to make some shots count. To my luck a third con enters the fight, a P-38! I was in real deep trouble now... I was now simply focused  on avoiding attack after attack. I wasn't expecting to make it out alive at that point. Luckily, I hear a friendly (19Kilo) on ranged vox and let him know that I am in dire need of assistance. He takes the pressure off me immediately. Allowing me to line up the P-38 for my second attempt at the same shot. Luckily, this time I bring him down. He takes down the Pony and all of a sudden, the 3v1 against me has become a 2v1 against the -4 Hog I had engaged earlier. If it wasn't for 19kilo, I would have chalked that engagement up as another loss.

A looooong time ago I had a great fight with a guy named Mfreak and one of his friends. They were both in la5's and I was in a D pony. We ran into each other basically at co-alt (around 10k). The fight quickly ended up on the deck where we went at it for at least 5 minutes until his wingy clipped a tree then it was down to freak and I. We went at it HARD for a good 10 minutes more until his la5 ran out of fuel. :(

I also ran across a guy thats name started with a 'N' (all i can remember) We were both in D ponies and we went at it for a long, long time! All the while on the edge of a stall. Best pony v pony fight i've ever had although it was sad because when we started there was nobody even in our sector but by the time we finished some "friendly" tard in a jug came out of nowhere and dove in and picked him. I tried sending him a message but he was gone and I never seen him in the MA again.

Also any fight with Creton or batfink...Always good ones if you can stay alive long enough to enjoy them :D

I posted this one in the "Film and Screenshot" forum.

I have had several great dogfights over the last several years and this one ranks up there with some of my favorites. I think it was just Friday night/Saturday morning. I flew around for a looooong time trying to find some action and everytime I would get to where I thougt some would be the cons would be gone. After making to the 3rd and final base I come across a lone pony. It turns out this pony wasn't going to run and did an awesome job fighting on the deck.

I had great fight with blitzen awhile back.  205 vs his 109 went from 10 k or so to the deck 6 minute fight.  With him killing me.  I just watched the film the other day cleaning out files.  (S) blitzen.

Fill me in on what? How telling everyone how bad you are, yet at the same time bragging about how you've supposedly killed me "numerous times in the MA" and have "outflown me many times", is being humble? Please make up your mind.

That sounds familiar. It very well could have been him :aok

Some really great ones vs batfink in Spit5s, 109s with bighorn...  There were quite a few people hanging in the DA that were good sticks.

There. Fixed.

I dont consider it humble when you run around telling everyone how humble you are.

You are absolutely right! Truly humble individuals do not trumpet their humility. It shows
through their words and deeds. :aok
