I've always wanted the B29 perked as well.

But, I like to see a russian bomber or other variety as well.

I always said, it's time to perk bomb load-outs past 1k of bombs as the alternative.

If we would get the B-29, and it was perked, wouldn't a small perk be needed for the Lancaster. I'm guessing the perk is being asked for on the B-29 because of it's load out, and the Lancaster has a pretty sizable load out of its own.

The performance and defensive armament put it in a totally different class from the Lancaster.

They couln't perk it that high as it wouldn't be able to negotiate through the forests.  Besides that, if it tried, even a twig could stop it.    :uhoh

Well, you're pulling my leg and my post was to give the OP in that other thread a hint of what "giving what the players want" really leads to, but in fact what I really wish HTC would do is find some way to put out a dozen or more planes per year so that they could hash out all the important historical models asap.  And somewhere in there add the Me410A&B (jabo and zerstorer).  So in maybe two years or so, they could get back to doing late war stuff.  I'd be satisfied with an Me410 and a perk loadout system though.

Always pulling legs!

Agreed and agreed.  The 410 is a great plane, I've asked for it many times myself, I'd love to see it fly.

I think TOD slowed them down on AC development, really set them back.  I dropped out of the game when new AC were only trickling in and all development seemed to crawl to a halt due to constant terrain and TOD issues.  Get all the AC modeled, add whatever GVs they want, then tinker.
