There seems to be a LEGION of people who's only job in life is to kill dar at every base on the map, which stifles gameplay in heap many areas. Just, make it same as ack (I'm thinking at the moment, dar is 45 min, and ack is like...10?)

Ack has same downtime. It's only manned ack that does stay down only 15 mins.

As a Bish.......... Knits dar stays down for 1.5 hours, Rooks, stay down for about 20 minutes.

All depends on the country and how much they care!
