Rug too big, How to get it under the desk
« on: June 11, 2009, 09:51:24 PM »
Purchased a rug yesterday at Wally World so my desk chair won't ruin the finish on my wooden floor. Butttttt it's too big! How the heck can I get that under the desk?!

It's up against the wall.

Now it laps the desk!

I know what to do!

Let's make a rift. Then when I pick up the desk it will release under the desk. Need to hold up my ring to Zeus though.

By the Son of Zeus I did it.  :D

I was going to suggest you get a knife and trim the rug.

The female connector is keeping it from going down all the way.

That conversation got very strange while staying technical.

A pair of dykes will snip the end right off of that coax, or you could do it with some cutters.  :D then it will go all the way down for you.
Best part is if you ever need it again, it will be patiently laying right there under the hole, and you or the cable company can crimp on a new end. (and yes, I know I could have taken this farther, but skuzzy may be watching...)

I highly doubt that dykes  will be of any assistance getting his female connector to go down, you could always try a come along. :D

For a split second I was thinking abstinence.
