Some good ideas here, I've already thought of most of them.  I'm really looking for something right original and so great that she'll just want to give up this game.

Its simple, When she is in your desk looking to prank you , have an envelope with her name on it someplace she will stumble onto it . Simply write a letter explaining the games you are playing are getting reall and you are starting to have feelings !! they fall for this every time !

Don't think that's going to work, from what I can gather from other people, that's why she's doing this, to flirt with me.  So, that's why I'm looking for one to end it all.  I could be a complete a## and tell her that I want it to stop, but there's no fun in that.

Use a bungie cord and attach it the the underside of the seat and then to the inside of the door so that when she opens the door it slams itself shut.
Fill her A/C vents with talcum powder so when she fires up the A/C you get a big ol' cloud.

Electric whoopie cushion.  Hide it somewhere around her desk and use the remote to set it off each time someone walks by her desk.  Guaranteed to make her blush and make those around her laugh.

i like the a/c vent one.....it would almost be worth paying to see that one.

So this girl at work and I have been pranking each other with little stuff here lately.  She has a few up on me so far but I'm waiting to deal a final blow.  She has put a note in my office leading me on a wild goose chase around the office area, so I did the same except I moved her car, hid the key under the child seat in the back .....................

  she's snagged her a daddy  stick a fork in you dude..............you're done. 

oh yeah btw, goose her with a boat horn all day.

Ok heres one for ya.
Get some empty soda cans Attach them to some 20Lb test line. Tie the other end of the line to the underside of her car.
then take the cans and place them on something under her car so she wont see them as she approaches.
At some point as she drives down the road. The cans will fall off and she will be clang clang clanging  dragging them down the road

Option two. Mail her a package with this note. "Dear (insert her name) Had a great time the other night. Thanks! I noticed you left your underwear here when you left. Since I am going out of town I wont have time to stop by and bring them to you. So I thought I'd mail them. Hope to talkto you soon.
 Bob"

Inside the package include one pair of womans underwear.. now the size is important here

Send her the LARGEST sized panties you can find. 

option 3. You can prank two with one with this one.
Call the floral shop and order her a dozen roses delived to her.
The catch is. You want them delivered with the flowers cut off. Just the stems.

Screw the roses. Give her the thorns.
