I can't imagine being proud of winning a pole dancing contest. I'd put all that strength into something else.

Ooz one day you'll appreciate all that women like those have to offer.  Athleticism, stamina, control and confidence are all exceptional qualities for a woman to have.  They're also typically straight shooters who don't want or have time for the BS head games like your former love interest.

Pole dancing does not equal crackhead stripper these days either.  It's fairly mainstream and an exceptional way for the soccer moms (cougars) to keep fit while feeling sexy.  That too is one more reason to appreciate what women who take up the hobby have to offer.  All in not a sleazy way either.  That said some of those ladies will ride you hard, ride you harder, ride you again and leave you exhausted while taking what she wants one more time.  Hang on for the ride, so to speak.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are a few movies I'm still trying to figure out the physics of.  Incredible what some of those ladies can do.  I'll have to forward this on to see if she's interested  :D

And one day you'll stop treating me like a five year old.

Trust me, I know the benefits with such. I've been with a ballet dancer, which entails everything but the slutty pole.

You sound frustrated with your life Ooz  :uhoh I do understand your thoughts, but times have changed. Pole dancing is now a sport, granted roots are coming from the shady stages, but it's now practiced by many women that have nothing in comon with the red light distric. Golfer actually nailed it on the head with his description.

BTW my wife was a balley dancer, is now 42 with a sixpack and shaped like those girls, and wants a pole in our bedroom  :D and gets all bend out of shape at the word "stripper". She things strippers have no self respect and are sellouts.

The difference is you have to bring your own "pole".  ;)

I can tell you right now that I'm going to be one of the old men that wishes things were like the old days.

Except I wish they were like the days older than me.

Those girls are gymnasts more than anything else, they train like one. Make me think to the stuff they do at the "Cirque du Soleil" shows. :salute

You realize there is a movement to add this to the Olympics?

I'd like to see those women on the rings or a pomel horse instead of a pole in the Olympics just to get rid of the stigma.
