vox problems - only receiving 1st second of vox transmissions

havent had a chance to test vox yet but the current pingplot looks alot more hopeful:

note that the trip across the pond now uses 2 hops via glbx.net, whereas previously it took 6 hops via as6453.net.

I sent the same info posted here to my ISP and their response was basically ... NMP
