The kiddies kept whizzing in the kiddie pool so HTC closed it down.

I am hoping that if/when they bring H2H back for subscribers, instead of being 8 player, I hope it would be 32 player to allow a full rostered squad to play/ fight/ practice with each other.  H2H wasn't just for "freeloaders" or kids.  I spent half my AH time in the MA and the other half hosting custom terrains in H2H.  Terrain CMs got to test their new stuff with live crowds & show their stuff.  The general attitude was better than you see in the MA(s) also IMO.  I'd rather get this back than new planes, but that's just my opinion.  It was fun to fly in any environment a terrain maker came up with instead of the regular ol' MA default terrains.

Would be curious to see how big of an impact H2H will have on the main arenas when it returns for paid subscribers.

I still get a laugh out of H2H's reason for being removed.  :lol

360 kids thinking they should get anything they want for free trying to "tweak" HT's game for their own amusment, then crying when it's gone saying its not fair. Nothing is more sweat than the sound of rude, impolite children being owned.

The game plan is to have user spawned arenas running on our hosts that can be configured with terrains for paying/free trial users.

So functionally  it will be the same as the old H2H, with the exception of being free. But it gives us back control of hosts.
