Civil

Patrol
we do 95% of all inland search and rescue in the USA. we are the best at what we do, and we have the best safety record for single engine airfleets.

Also have this on the record... geeze CAP, can't forget the most important thing. :D
CAP is the Civil Air Patrol and worked just off the East Coast in WW2. They carried smoke bombs to mark the sightings and they sank one or two subs while directing military fire on a score more and found 173 enemy U-boats in all until the coastal sub threat was withdrawn in August, 1943.

"CAP Coastal Patrol flew 24 million miles, found 173 subs, attacked 57, hit 10-12 and sank one if not two. By August 31, 1943, it was time for Coastal Patrol to stand down. A German commander later confirmed that coastal U-boat operations were withdrawn 'because of those damned little red and yellow airplanes." Again keep in mind, the CAP was kept secret from the public and the Germans did not know the aircraft were flown by unarmed, civilian pilots. An aircraft is a submarines worst nightmare as a submarine near the surface is easily spotted from the air."
Sometimes, we just need to remember what the rules of life really are: You only
need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the
WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
