Major Connection Problem
« on: June 26, 2009, 09:11:18 PM »
Ok, so every time I get on AH2, my connection is lost each time.  But it is strange because this only happens when interent is down, but clearly it is not.  Please help me with this issue.

I'm having a similar issue.
I'm on Comcast and upon browsing immediately afterwards am browsing fine.  I have pingplotter ready and it shows as everything as normal as can be.

Frustrating.

Does not surprise me.  Comcast has been a nightmare for quite some time.  This last week it got far worse due to all the Internet activity surrounding the deaths of all the celebrities.

Internet activity in areas where 14% saturation was normal during primie time saw it shoot to 86% activity.  That is in less populated areas.  You can only imagine how bad it got in the high population areas.

Comcast was already at 80% before all this broke loose.  Thier network cannot handle this type of activity for any type of extended period of time.

It will get better, if the celebrities will stop keeling over for a bit.
