Please stop this, all of you.

Everyone who has posted in this thread would like to see the AvA do better.  This is not the way to make that happen.  Stuff a sock in it and move on.

Please.

Larry didn't HO.

I've always said it takes two to HO.

Since I maneuvered pre-merge to create vertical and horizontal turning room and then flew to the post to get inside his turn circle there was definitely only one guy trying to get a high aspect snapshot at the first merge.

And I'm up for 1 v 1 DA as long as you are willing to go same plane, no rules.

Daddog,

I'm available for 1 on 1 training. Just pop me a PM. Beware, I focus on fundamentals because that is where the real secrets are.

Just as an outside player that is I would like to claim as new to this community having hardly more than 4-5 months under my belt, would like to state that I have a great interest in the axis vs allies arena. That being stated the arena reminds me of a crop field during the great depression, ya know with the whole dust and tumble weed thing going down. I would love to see the ava filled with 200 plus people regularly. However this game just does not have the numbers to fill 2 LATE WAR arena's and AvA. Given the choice of entering an arena with 20 people or an arena with 150-350ish people most of you all will go for the larger arena as its larger numbers will mean you will see some progress and good action somewhere. Where as an arena with 20 people will take a server wide coordination to even get enough people to try and take a base from 1-2 defenders in flak and a plane or two. I think a good way to fix this would be to eliminate one of the late war arena's that way when one of the late war arena overflows you know to where it is like 243/200 well the excess players itching for their fix will have to either fly ew mw or AvA This would give the other neglected and lonely arena's a little time in the lime light for better or worse.

Show up on Wednesday at 9:00 p.m. EST.  I hear there will be a few people in there :aok

Will see about the interest vudak. Cant say I will be impressed if it is just 30 people though. Thats really not much to work with that generally just means 1 sided base sacking or simple furbals over 1 base maybe 2 if you wanna get spread out and fancy.

Greziz what are your interests in the game? In the AvA all it takes is 2-10 people to make great fights. On the other hand once number start going up and there is no clear objective like the missions that are run there it does just turn into a big furball and unfortunately that's when all the HOing and ganging starts. Because once one people gets HOed or ganged they start doing it and it just starts a chain reaction. As for base taking, while rare in the AvA, do sometimes happen.

The people that populate the arena nowadays are looking for mainly fights but don't let that stop you from coming in there and doing what you want. Everyone has their own idea of fun and the only person that can stop you from enjoying yourself is you. Don't worry about what others are doing or saying. If you don't like what someone is saying on 200 just squad them and go on with your fun.

I'm going to setup a mission for this Thursday since Wednesday already has something going on. If you like flying in a bomber raid, escorting the bombers, or trying to defind against them all at historical altitudes then I would suggest joining in.
