I've gone Avatar-less as a Silent Protest long enough, and I've designed a new one. Unfortunately I dont have the skill to make it myself. Could someone take these 3 picture and find a picture of pilot's wings (Preferably glider but I'm qualified to fly anything with fixed wings) and put all those images together rotating. So the first one rotates through the 180 degrees, and as it rotates so the back is visible, the next picture IS the back and rotates through 180 degrees until it passes to the back, and the next pic IS the back of that one.

I'd find it hard to believe you got all that down to 30kb.. It is possible for sure, but the file size the forums max out at might be an issue.
