after having my 1st OP topic locked by Skuzzy, I have made two pies. The 1st is a chicken-pot-pie, the 2nd a chorizo, bacon, leek & mashed potato affair. I still have enough dough two make two more; however Anthony Bourdain's voice is in my head (no more On Demand at 2am for me I think) spouting phrases like " porky goodnes" and "succulant chicken deliciousity" which is distracting me from creativity as I'm out of pork & chicken.
So I turn to you dear AH members and ask what I should make with the other two crusts & tops.
